1900s womens dress

Description: Floor length lingerie dress made of a lightweight white cotton and sheer lace. There are two rows of ruffled flounces across the bust and around each sleeve. Rows of small pintucks decorate the front and back of the yoke. The waistband is a wide band of sheer lace. The bottom half of the skirt is also decorated with rows of lace. Small white buttons fasten the garment down center back.
The lingerie dress was a style popular between the 1890s and 1910s. This type of dress was worn during the day, often in the summer months. They were usually made of lightweight white fabric and decorated with ruffles, bands of lace, and pintucks.
