University Christian Movement records and publications

Description:	File kept by the Office of Religious Programs containing information about the University Christian Movement. File includes: correspondence, memos, literature, newsletters. The National Student Christian Federation evolved into the University Christian Movement in 1966. This collection seems to be a compilation of files kept by the (now defunct) Office of Religious Programs. Most files are about a particular student religious group/campus ministry which operated on campus or at local churches. The office of religious programs kept track of these groups, researched them, and directed students to those groups/people that might best serve them. This archival material has been provided for educational purposes. Ball State University Libraries recognizes that some historic items may include offensive content.
