This is the headstone of John Flathers (1823 - January 1, 1877). He was the husband of Frances Hooton. They were married on January 1, 1845. She died March 3, 1857, leaving behind three children. John was a farmer and he was born in Kentucky. The family lived in Center Township, Hendricks County. The photograph was taken July 31, 2011. |
