The Arch of Constantine

Description: The Arch of Constantine was built in 315 to celebrate the victory of Constantine over his rival Maxentius. This was the battle of Ponte Milvio in 312, the first in which had appeared to Constantine a luminous cross with the motto In Hoc Signo Vinces which means By this sign, thou shalt conquer. Rome, Italy. Date 08/14/1952.
