Fort Wayne Fire Shop. This area was the shop for many years. It was located in the rear of the Central Fire Station No. 1, at 319 East Main Street. Two pumpers could be in this area at any one time with one behind the other. All twelve International Harvester pumpers and rescue units were assembled in these limited quarters. Herbert Foster(Left), Edward Feller(right) helped build them. Date 05/20/1946
