Salvation Army Citadel Fire at 133 East Washington Blvd. Northwest Corner of Washington and South Clinton. Robert Kiles is the young boy standing between the Denis Grill sign and the tall post. Robert was a student at Central High School. His father was a fireman at the time and after the war he became a fireman. Date 1942.
