Takes Fire Prevention Pledge - Larry Miller (left), fourth grade student at the James Smart School, is shown taking the pledge from Chief George Hood, of the Fire Prevention Bureau, that he will co-operate with the observance of Fire Prevention Week, October 9th to 15th, 1949.
