Boy Scouts from Troop 317 at Riverside School with the help of Jack Root and Donald A. Weber found the body of 5 year old Randy Jewel that drowned in the St. Marys River on 04/03/1975. The scouts used canoes because the river level was too low for the fire boats. Scene along river. Date 04/13/1975.
