Fatal house fire 2019 Ardmore Ave. District Chief Melvin Koehler and his driver Donald A. Weber were the first on the scene at 4:42 a.m. The house was completely engulfed in flames. Harry K. Leatherman 77 years died. Dee Thompson 41, of 2009 Ardmore Ave. was burned and listed in serious condition. He had gone back to his house and went to bed. Date 09/24/1969.
